私は絵を描く時に、オイルを画面にたっぷりと垂らしてから筆を動かし始める。そうすることで、画面の中ではノイズを保ちながら、絵の具が滲み、垂れ、混ざることで様々な記憶、記号が湧き上がってくる。四角い画面の中で絵にするために、形になるものとならないものの行き来を画面の中で行っている。
