セメントで製作したレリーフ作品です。
表面の花柄は、台湾を代表する「客家花布」の柄をセメントに転写して作りました。
このような花柄は現在「伝統」と呼ばれているが、実際にはそれほど歴史深くない、レトロブームによって流行り始めたものです。
台湾の街中に溢れているこの花柄は、まるで台湾文化の表面的・形式的なところを象徴しているように見えます。
