Work Details
在るものがそこに在ればそれだけで充分だ。それが幻想だろうとリアルだろうと。
在るものがそこに在ればそれだけで充分だ。それが光であろうと影であろうと。
在るものがそこに在ればそれだけで充分だ。それが錆であろうと鉄であろうと。
在るものがそこに在ればそれだけで充分だ。それが赤であろうと青であろうと。
４ヶ月ぶりの自粛からの復活の日が撮影の仕事なんて最高だった。
凄い集中力で望んだ。 完全にフローに入っていた。
あらゆる光と影が見えていた気がする。 はい、そこで、はいそこ、はいそこでも撮りましょう。じゃんじゃん撮った。カメラが意識についてこれなかった。シャッターボタンのタイムラグが遅くて気になるぐらい。
本格的な撮影は四ヶ月やってなかったので、腕が鈍っているんじゃないかと心配していたけど全然イケた。今回は、僕ならではの撮影コンセプトの提案から始まったコンセプチュアルな撮影だったので、物理的な撮影以前にそれがうまくいくかどうかもやってみないとわからなかった。
須田誠撮影方法とは真逆の提案だったので、面白いとはいえ、どうなるんだろうと。でも、終わってみたらオールOKだった。それどころかとても気持ちの良い疲労感。
たまには写真を抜く(撮らない)時間を持つのもいいことなのだなと思った。
そういえば昔、レコード会社にいたときは「音を抜く」ことを敢えてやっていた。一週間ぐらい音楽を聞かないようにするのだ。 すると一週間後には、ハイハットの小さな音からアレンジ全体までがきっちり聞こえてくるのを思い出した。 いま、無性に写真が撮りたい！ カメラが悲鳴を上げるぐらい撮りまくりたい。

Born in Tokyo. Photographer/artist. After staying in NY for 2 years and wandering around the world for 2 years, he became a photographer. Debuted with “NO TRAVEL, NO LIFE.” Write 5 prints and 25,000 copies. It has also been made into a stage, and all performances are sold out every year. Also on sale at the NY Museum of Modern Art MOMA. He has shot many artists such as EXILE member Omara Portuondo (movie Bueno Vista Social Club). The collaboration work with Petit Cocain was well received at the French headquarters. T-shirts are on sale from BEAMS T. In 2017, the Cuban photo book “GIFT from Cuba” was released, which received rave reviews from Joe Odagiri. New Photographic Impressionists will receive high praise at the 2024 “STEPPING STONE Exhibition”. The photography class reached its 190th term and taught a total of 4,000 people.
