Work Details
“Flowers and Mirrors” series. This is a series of works depicting the world of flowers and the light they see by projecting them in a mirror. I draw a flower blooming toward hope and what that flower sees (a world with sky and light, an image) in a single picture by projecting it in a mirror. I would be happy if you could feel a bright and positive energy. The motifs are marguerite flowers and soap bubbles. The Margaret flower is the flower that led me to start using plants and landscapes as motifs, and it is a flower I have a fondness for. It is a staple and representative motif among my own creations.
