1. 外出自粛中は制作活動を行っていますか？
せっかく、時間がたくさん取れるのだからと、新しい作品の制作と、新シリーズの構想を練っている。
2. 家にいる楽しみは何ですか？
いつもは時間に追われて、読めない・観られない。
本・資料・映像を、ここぞとばかりに満喫。
自分が、まだこんなに表現したいこと、アイディアがたくさん出てくるのに驚いている。
3. この作品を制作した意図・背景を教えてください
街角でみつけたポピー 大きく広がった花弁のとても美しい黄色・橙をつけていた。
それよりも気になったのはまるで噛み付かんばかりにこちらに頭を向けた
今にも開きそうな黄色いつぼみだった。
蕾は闇の世界の生き物の口に見えた電流が走った、
「高貴な色は、王者にのみに与えられるのだ。」
植物にも動いているかのように演技させてみたいと思い、スタートした義眼を使ったEYEシリーズときっかけとなった作品。
私の作品に欠かすことのできない、植物に命を吹き込むグラスアイ
作品作りには、こだわって大型カメラとフィルムをつかっています
