Work Details
‘Lockdown in London 2020’ explores a unique time in history during the global coronavirus
Pandemic. On Monday 23rd March 2020 the UK Government announced a nationwide
LOCKDOWN to curb the spread of COVID-19. The purpose of this action would minimise
fatalities and ease pressure on the National Health Service (NHS). These images are made in
the confines of my small family home in London. In an effort to stay creative, the process of
photographing my home surroundings and family have stopped me from going crazy. This is an
ongoing work as long as the UK lockdown lasts. Stay home, stay safe.
