高橋洋平
1987年、東京都生まれ。奔放なアクションによる偶発的な現象を自らの技法としてたくみにコントロールしながら、鮮やかな色彩によって躍動する生物を描く。
コンセプト：
Koenji Mural City Project 第二弾は、毎日人通りで賑わうPal商店街入り口にある店舗の特大シャッター(縦6m横8m)に描かれています。一見抽象画にも見える力強くも流れるような印象的なストロークで描かれたのは、毎年8月に高円寺で行われる夏の風物詩、"阿波踊り”です。
１万人の踊り手と100万人の観客が集まる高円寺阿波踊りの演舞ストリートであるこの場所にふさわしく、熱気とともに一心不乱に舞う踊り子たちとその先頭を駆け抜ける日本狼が描かれた、スピード感溢れる作品となっています。
KMCP#2 is an homage to both Koenji’s famous AWAODORI Festival and Yohei’s favorite subject, the wolf. The dancers and the wolves are painted in such fluid strokes they seem to dance across the shutter, it’s hard to tell where human beings and animal ends.

2000年代後半にクラブでのライブペインティングよりキャリアを開始。後に壁画を主な媒体として活動を続ける。 近年並行して制作するタブローは散歩の中で出会った光景をモチーフに、壁画制作の中で培った配色・構図・筆触を用いて表現する。 実験的な壁画のためのプロジェクト”Wallternatives”をペインターの佐川友星と共に主催。 奔放なアクションによる偶発的な現象を自らの技法としてたくみにコントロールしながら、鮮やかな色彩によって躍動する生物を描く。ライブペインターとしても都内を中心に数々の現場で場数を踏む。live paint dojo初代王者に輝くなど10 年代屈指の実力者の一人である。 Born and baised in Tokyo, Yohei is one of its most acclaimed live painters. Through his use of unrestrained strokes and vibrant colors, Yohei creates paintings that seem to move of their free will.
