1977 Born in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan

2001 Graduated from the Department of oil painting, Nagoya University of Fine Arts and Music

2003 Completed Postgraduate Studies, Kyoto City University of Fine Arts and Musiclives

2008-2009 Stayed in New York with a grant from the Gotoh Memorial Foundation

2010-12 Lived and Worked in Berlin, Germany (with 2 year-grant of Program of Overseas Study Lives and works in Berlin

2015- Live and Work in Japan

Currently resides in Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture. Professor at Kyoto University of the Arts Graduate School.
