Photographer
1972年、滋賀県生まれ。2002年に『うたたね』『花火』で第27回木村伊兵衛写真賞受賞。2023年にソニーワールドフォトグラフィーアワードのOutstanding Contribution to Photography（特別功労賞）を受賞するなど、国際的にも高い評価を受け、国内外で数多くの展覧会を行う。

Biography
主な著作に『Illuminance』（2011年）、『あめつち』（2013年）、『Halo』（2017年）など。2022〜2023年に東京オペラシティ アートギャラリーと滋賀県立美術館で大規模個展「川内倫子：M/E 球体の上 無限の連なり」を開催した。2025年1月に写真集『M/E』を刊行。
