Risaku Suzuki

With themes such as Kumano, Montagne Sainte-Victoire, cherry blossoms, and snow and water surfaces, he produces photographic work that evokes questions about “seeing”.

Born in 1963 in Wakayama, Suzuki graduated from the Tokyo College of Photography’s Research Department in 1987. He is a professor in the Department of Intermedia Art at Tokyo University of the Arts.
