Taketo Kikuchi

Born in Tokyo.

Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate School of Fine Arts, Department of Crafts, in the field of dyeing and weaving.

Based on the theme of transformation of what is drawn, the work is created by distorting dyed cloth when decorating to match the space, and changing it into a unique shape. He creates two-dimensional works and installations with a focus on a variable material called cloth.
