Zhao Wen Fang currently serves as the Vice President of the Beijing Women Artists Union and is a board member of both the China Artists Association - China Heavy Color Painting Research Association and the Beijing Art Institute of Chinese Fine Arts Painting. Her artistic achievements and contributions have earned her numerous prestigious awards, including the Excellence Award at the First Chinese Heavy Color Painting Exhibition and the Bronze Award at the First China Meticulous Heavy Color Small Works Art Exhibition.

Several of Zhao's works are part of prominent collections. Her piece "Under the Forbidden City" is displayed at the East Glorious Gate of the Beijing Forbidden City, and "Baronial Splendor" is part of the permanent collection at the Suzhou Art Museum. Her first solo exhibition held in December 2024 at Joyful Art Gallery in Taipei.
