“Don't rely on chance” 2022

It was produced in a studio program at ANB Tokyo, which I have participated in since 2022/5. I was able to use the studio freely, and it was an opportunity for me to work on works of a size I couldn't draw at home, and I learned a lot about the existence and activities of other artists, and the way management works, in the city of Roppongi, which I wasn't familiar with.

This was my first attempt at a large-scale vertical work, and the painting was completed while drawing in a large space, moving away, and twirling in a large space.

If you look at the real thing, you can catch a glimpse of its trajectory.

While working, I was creating paintings to display in my room without any need to present them.

Like eating and sleeping, painting for me, for my life.

One painting we can stay with for a long time.

I hung it on the wall of my studio and painted it before sleeping and when I woke up while living with the view.

There are no descriptive expressions, but the composition and colors have been adjusted, and each image has been completed in a satisfactory form.

It's a painting I drew for myself,
