— About the work — In a contemporary moment marked by the coexistence of diverse media, I seek to create paintings that critically engage with the act of “painting” itself. By minimizing arbitrariness and continuing, day after day, to draw lines in a steady and matter-of-fact manner, my practice aims to foreground painting as an ongoing act of inquiry. ■Awards 2021 The 56th KANAGAWA ART EXHIBITION 2021 Selected Award CHANGTING GALLERY EXHIBITION 2021 Selected Award 2022 WATOWA ART AWARD 2022 Yumiko Chiba（The president of Yumiko Chiba Associates）Award 2023 4th Art House Oyabe Exhibition Selected Award WATOWA ART AWARD 2023 Selected Award 2024 Idemitsu Art Award 2024 Selected Award The 37th HOLBEIN scholarship 2025 kirarina art award Selected Award 2026 The 1st “Life Design Art” Competition Selected Award ■Exhibitions 2022 Group show "CHANGTING GALLERY EXHIBITION 2021" (CHANGTING GALLERY, Tokyo) Group show "CHANGTING GALLERY PRIZE 2022" (CHANGTING GALLERY, Tokyo) Solo exhibition "Spreading out" (CHANGTING GALLERY, Tokyo) Group show "WATOWA ART AWARD 2022 EXHIBITION" (WATOWA GALLERY THE BOX TOKYO、Tokyo) 2023 Group show "CHANGTING GALLERY 3RD EXHIBITION" (CHANGTING GALLERY, Tokyo) 2024 Solo exhibition "I'm drawing lines today" (FRINGE, Saitama prefecture) ■Others 2024 Artwork permanently installed at a French restaurant, La Grande Table de Kitamura (Aichi prefecture) 2024~present Participated in Sekisui House x The Chain Museum ‘Sekisui House Housing Advisory (Art) project' 2025~present Collaborating with Eternita, a bespoke store specializing in shirts, suits, leather goods, and shoes 2026 Artwork permanently installed at SANCTUARY COURT Nikko JAPANESE MODERN RESORT (Tochigi prefecture) Artwork permanently installed at Business-Airport Aoyama(Tokyo)
