Eternal line-Fuyu

曲線で大自然の変化という多面体の輪郭をとり、果てなく無限に広がるリズムを表現しています。万物全てがこの広大な宇宙を歩み、走り、飛び回っています。作品は地平線の上下が広がり続け、山、海、雲などの巨大な集まりを形成することを表しています。また、表面の顆粒状の質感は、大地に依存する時間、物語の積み重なりを表しています。大小幾何学に反する大きさは、鑑賞者の角度から見るとまるで巨人になって世界を探索し、遊ぶかのようです。

Curved lines are applied to sketch out the changeful forms of nature. They extend randomly and rhythmically to signify all things moving, running, and flying in the infinite universe.

The work captures the expanse of an undulating horizon and miniaturizes huge forms such as mountains, oceans and clouds. The grainy surface texture represents time and the myriad stories that have accumulated on this Mother Earth. The inverted size relative to our own gives the viewer an exploratory feeling like a giant toying with the world to check it out.
