ロシャの実践は、アイロニーとユーモアを交えながら、社会的ダイナミクスや対人関係の複雑さを読み解くものだ。自身のプロセスを「コラージュ」と表現し、美術史からポップカルチャー、個人的記憶まで、多様なレファレンスを重ね合わせることで、現代における生活を解体・再構築する肖像画的な作品を生み出している。彼の絵画はこの社会を描きだす劇場として機能し、現代における対人関係の暗黙のルール、矛盾、混沌としたエネルギーを浮かび上がらせる。Jackson’s Painting Prize のショートリストに選出され、Elizabeth Greenshields Foundation Grant の受給者でもある。
