オレチョ 変身 | Orecho Makeover

これまでの作品シリーズでは「悩み」や「不安」といった内容が度々テーマにまっていました。

この作品では、そんな「悩み」や「不安」の捉え方を"マイナス"から"プラス"へと変化していく状態を3枚の連作にしたものです。

悩みや不安をそのままにせず、ポジティブに現状を超えていく力を求めて、陰から陽へ

背景の白い円のラインは「ココロドライブ」と名付けたもので、モチベーションを加速させるギヤの様な装置のイメージです。

初期のオレチョは11番までのギヤがあり、ギヤが上げるごとに円の中の三角形が一つづつ増えていきます。

製作時、へこたれそうな時に「モチベーションを上げ、そして保つ」為のイメージについてよく考えていました。

この頃はよく自転車に乗っていたのもあって、自転車のギヤを上げ加速するイメージと、自分のモチベーションや集中力を上げるイメージをリンクさせて制作していました。

Not letting your worries and anxieties remain as they are, but seeking the power to go beyond the current situation in a positive way, From yin to yang.

The white circle line in the background is named "Hearts drive", It is an image of a device like a gear that accelerates motivation.

Early Orecho had up to 11 gears, and each time raised gear, the triangle in the circle increase by one.

At this time, I often thought about images to "motivate and keep me going" when I will feeling down.

I was riding my bicycle a lot at that time, so I thought linking the image of raising the gears of the bicycle, and accelerating with the image of raising my motivation and concentration. And I using this idea for artwork and creation.

己を超える→己超→オレチョ=Orechoとは？

「オレチョ」は自身の作品シリーズをシンボル化した要素を融合させることで誕生したオリジナルキャラクター。

作家の自己が投影された表現者として度々作品に登場している。

名前の由来は"己"を"超"えるより。

What is Orecho?

"Orecho" is an original character created by combining symbolic elements from my artwork series.

He often appears in the pieces as an expression of the artist's own thinking projected.

In Japanese mean Ore=myself, cho=overcome.
