この作品のテーマは’’パフォーマンスは展示する事ができるのか’’です。
8方向から木造のレールが中心で交わる構造体。レールにはそれぞれボールが⾏き交うための機能部品(ソレノイド)が取り付けられ、向かい合うソレノイド同⼠でキャッチボールが⾏われます。１６個のボールがぶつからずに交わり続けますしかし、僕が作りたいのは、動き続けるロボットではありません。僕が作りたいのは、パフォーマンスです。
この作品は、約5分に１度失敗する精度に土台を調整してあります。 1回の稼働時間を3分間とすることで、成功と失敗が混在し、見るたびに異なる結果が引き起こされるようにしました。何度観ても面白い。そんな作品を目指しました。
The theme of this work is “the possibility of exhibiting performance”. A structure that wooden rail crosses in the middle from 8 directions. Functional parts (Solenoids) are equipped on the rail so that the balls cross each other and the Solenoids facing each other play catch. 16 balls continue to intersect without hitting. However,what I want to create is not a robot that just keeps moving. What I want to create is a performance. This work had its base adjusted to the accuracy of failing once about every 5 minutes. By setting up it 3 minutes per run,successes and failures are mixed,and you get different results each time you see it. It is interesting no matter how many times you watch it. I aimed for such a work.

Onozawa attempts to bring this live through depicting the sensory feeling of juggling performers.
