ワープ失敗 | Warp drive failed

小さいサイズのビットシリーズ作品。

以前の空間シリーズに出てきていたモチーフ次元くんをビットシリーズへ融合。

ホログラムステッカーの上に描いたので見る角度で色が変わりキラキラします。

ワープ失敗としたのは、ツルツルした面に描いたことで、思ったように描けず苦労したことに由来します。

次元くんもひび割れてしまっています。

こういった壊れかけているものにも魅力を感ます。

This is small piece of bit series.

I merged the motif Jigen-kun (Mr dimension) from the previous space series into the bit series.

Because I drew it on the hologram sticker, the color changes and sparkles depending on the viewing angle.

The reason of title the “warp drive failed”, because I couldn't paint it well on the slippery surface.

Jigen-kun is broken.

I am also fascinated by these broken things.

Orecho=オレチョとは？

本多 孝男による複数の作品シリーズをシンボル化、融合することで誕生したキャラクター。

「オレチョ」は作家の自己を投影した表現者として作品に登場している。名前の由来は"己"を"超"えるより。

What is Orecho?

The character was born by symbolizing and fusing multiple series of artworks by Takao Honda.

"Orecho" is appeared in artworks as an expresser who projects himself.

The origin of the name comes from "I want always overcome myself". In Japanese mean Ore=myself, cho=overcome.
