強くなるんだッ！ | Be stronger

2012年制作当時、このオレチョシリーズのテーマとして考えていたのは「自分の中心へ掘り進んで行く」という事でした。

これまでの人間関係やその時々のポジションによって形成されている自分の姿ではなく、自分の奥底にあるオリジナルな自分にもう一度出会いたいと考えていたんだと思います。

そして、その過程では普段見ないようにしている自分の弱さにも向き合う事になります。

幼少の頃に触れた様々なキャラクターはパワーアップすると口元が隠れていました。

武者鎧の面頬もそうですが、口は言葉だったり表情だったり辛い時に弱さが現れやすい場所なのかなと想像しています。

他にも色んなパワーアップの要素を詰め込んだ強化のイメージの作品です。

At the time of its creation in 2012, the theme I had in mind for the Orecho series was "Digging into my inner".

I think I wanted to meet my original self again, the one that was deep within me, not the one that was formed by my relationships and the position I held at the time.

And in order to do so, I had to face my weaknesses, which I usually try not to see.

I saw in childhood, The various characters had their mouths hidden as they powered up.

The same is true of the cheeks of Japanese samurai armor, I imagine that the mouth is a place where weakness can be easily expressed through words, facial expressions, and in hard times.

It's a piece with various other power-up elements packed into it.

Orecho=オレチョとは？

本多 孝男による複数の作品シリーズをシンボル化、融合することで誕生したキャラクター。

「オレチョ」は作家の自己を投影した表現者として作品に登場している。名前の由来は"己"を"超"えるより。

What is Orecho?

The character was born by symbolizing and fusing multiple series of artworks by Takao Honda.

"Orecho" is appeared in artworks as an expresser who projects himself.

The origin of the name comes from "I want always overcome myself". In Japanese mean Ore=myself, cho=overcome.
