BALC (Base Art Leisurely Culture) is a gallery that opened in April 2025 in Nakanoshima, Osaka, with the aim of fostering new values through the fusion of art, culture, and everyday relaxation.
Dedicated to introducing Japanese artists to the world and bringing international artistic expressions to Japan, BALC serves as a platform for global cultural exchange through contemporary art.
Together with artists, we strive to cultivate a space for creativity in Osaka and contribute to a future where art becomes an integral part of the city's cultural landscape.
Our adjoining café offers visitors the opportunity to experience art in a relaxed and accessible way, creating moments where creativity and daily life naturally intersect.
